This beautiful Mediterranean residence with terraced houses is located in the picturesque village of Calvia in the south-west of the island. The popular village offers a weekly market with local produce and a small centre with cafés and restaurants.

The new-build project was completed in summer 2022 and comprises a total of eight terraced houses built in a Mediterranean style within a gated community with a designated pool area.
