The finca in Cala Llombards was built in 1987 in the traditional Mallorcan country house style with natural stone façade and since then used and maintained. The pool was built in 2006.
The property is spread over two plots of land, totaling 1,256 m2, at the end of a cul-de-sac, which provides plenty of peace in the surrounding area. In addition to this, the finca is located in Cala Llombards in the nature reserve around Cala S´Almonia and Cap d`es Moro and therefore also the marvelous coastal landscape of the southeast coast is within walking distance.
You enter the finca in Cala Llombards over the covered terrace into the living-dining room with fireplace. In addition, there is the separate fitted kitchen with access to the outdoor area, where you find the perfectly equipped summer kitchen with small dining area and a shower bath. Also here is the staircase to the roof terrace. The large outdoor dining area with BBQ is covered by a pergola and faces the house and can therefore be used perfectly during the summer months together with the outside kitchen.
The finca has 2 bedrooms, which share a bathroom, as well as a study room, which leads to the master bedroom with bathroom en suite.
A large garage for two vehicles, a carport and storage rooms are housed in a separate building.
The equipment includes: aluminum window with double glazing in wood optic, air conditioning hot / cold, fireplace with cassette insert, a fully equipped kitchen, a well equipped summer kitchen, BBQ, rainwater cistern, public electricity and water connection, beautifully landscaped garden.
