The villa in Valldemossa was built in 1992 on a 1.850 m2 plot and is located above the village in a dead end, therefore, the beautiful view of the village and the surrounding mountains.

The villa was built in a rustic, Mediterranean style and has e.g. visible beamed ceilings, sandstone elements and natural stone facades. The entire house is surrounded by a terrace, with the approximately 50 m2 covered terrace in the basement leads into the somewhat overgrown garden. Here is enough space to build a pool.

In front of the house is a small fountain and a small garden area. A garage is located on the left side of the villa in Valldemossa.
You enter the villa in Valldemossa through a large entrance that leads into the living room with fireplace and off-road, open terrace, the dining area and the open kitchen with access to another terrace. Part of the terrace has been converted into a winter garden, which adjoins the dining area. There are also four bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en suite).
Through the garden access you reach the lower floor, which is in need of renovation, but offers space for two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
