The finca near Felanitx is located in the southeast of Majorca, in a quiet, rural setting and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding natural landscape.
The house was built in 1920 and renovated in 1990. It is a typical finca on a 8.525 m2 plot with pool and a 21m2 pool house, which can be used as a separate bedroom and is equipped in the outside area with a real wood stove and a barbecue area.
